Your business has changed. The way it works hasn't.

Stop losing work in spreadsheets. We build connected systems that keep your business moving.

Bring us one messy process. Leave with a clear next step to make it flow.

Inside the workflow

Your systems

One operating workflow

Business rules decide what happens next.

THE RIGHT OUTCOMES FOLLOW

Customer gets an answer
Team sees the next action
Records stay current
Owner gets a clear view
People handle decisions. The system carries the routine.

The operational problem

Growth has added work, but your processes have not kept pace.

A customer is waiting. The spreadsheet is out of date. The next action depends on someone checking WhatsApp, email and the information only one colleague knows.

The process has grown beyond the current systems supporting it. Each workaround adds another handoff, another source to reconcile and another task that cannot move on its own.

Context

In your head

The costly part is not any one tool. It is the human effort required to keep all three aligned.

Business outcomes

Faster responses.Clearer handovers.Easier reporting.More capacity to grow.

Every process is different. The goal is the same: visible improvement for customers, teams, and owners.

Our operating principles

Keep what works. Fix what blocks the flow.

We design around the people, tools, data and constraints already in your business. New technology is introduced only when it removes a specific bottleneck or bridges a clear gap.

A staged delivery model

One process. One agreed outcome. Then the next.

The work is divided into decisions you can inspect: understand the current process, agree on the result, build the smallest complete flow and prove it in daily use.

Talk through the first step

Systems in daily use

From recurring admin to connected systems.

Facility bookings, tutoring billing and WhatsApp reservations needed different answers because the work behind each one is different.

Custom work

When your operation needs a specific answer.

We can assess the problem, improve an existing system or design and build a new workflow. The engagement is shaped around the change required, not a preset technology package.

+

Delivery capability

The tools follow the architecture, not the sales pitch.

These are platforms we can bring to a solution. We select from them only after the workflow, controls, data and operating environment are understood.

Before an AI project

Check whether the process, data and controls are ready.

The two-minute scorecard identifies likely readiness gaps and gives the first project conversation a more useful starting point.

Start the assessment

Before we work together

Questions you may have before getting started.

+

Do we need to replace everything we use now?

+

Usually not. We start with the bottleneck and look for the smallest useful change. That may mean connecting existing tools, replacing one fragile step, or building a focused system around the parts that already work.

What if we don’t really have defined processes or SOPs?

+

That is the most common starting point. Usually the real process lives in habits, WhatsApp threads and one or two people’s memory. Part of our job is to sit with the people doing the work, capture how it actually happens, and shape it into a clear, agreed process — before we automate or build anything around it.

What kind of projects are a good fit?

+

The strongest fit is a recurring operational problem: work is being copied between systems, a key process lives in spreadsheets, customers wait for routine answers, or growth is adding too much coordination. We also assess legacy systems and AI readiness before a build.

Where does AI fit into the solution?

+

Only where it improves the process. AI can help interpret requests, prepare outputs or answer from approved business information, but it is not the default answer to every problem. The workflow, controls and business result come first.

How much will it cost, and how long will it take?

+

Both depend on the scope, integration complexity and your specific requirements. As a guide, a focused project typically moves from ideation to a prototype demonstration and production release in about three months. Larger or more complex projects may take longer. The proposed cost, stages and delivery expectations are agreed before the build begins.

Will implementation disrupt our day-to-day operations?

+

We introduce change in manageable stages and test the new workflow with the people who will use it. Any data migration, training, system changeover or expected downtime is planned with you before launch so the business can keep operating.

What support do we receive after launch?

+

Projects usually include three months of post-launch support in the agreed project cost. The exact support period and what it covers are set out in the project agreement, and ongoing support can be arranged where the solution requires it.

Who owns the software?

+

For a custom build, the project agreement clearly defines ownership of the software created for you. Pre-existing Cybr Physical technology and reusable components are normally licensed as part of the deployed solution. We agree the model upfront so there is no uncertainty about ownership, licensing or future use.

Can the solution grow with our business?

+

Yes. We usually design solutions in modules so new workflows, integrations and capabilities can be added without rebuilding the entire system. The initial project solves the agreed priority first while leaving a practical route for future expansion.

What happens in the first conversation?

+

We talk through the process that is creating the most friction, what you have tried, and what a useful result would look like. If there is a credible next step, we will explain it plainly. If there is not, we will say so.
